We are having a BABY!

We are having a baby! I'm due May 18th - yes on Ryker's Birthday! I talked to the Doctor about it and he said if everything looks good then he can induce me and have the baby a week early. Which sounds awesome to me!

We told both of our families with a box of donuts. They all seemed to like it :)

We decided to tell my family if it was a girl or boy with the popping of balloons.

We are 90% sure we having a girl! haha

How we told social media.

During the ultrasound there was a foot in the way so we couldn't see if it was 100% girl or boy. But the tech said she was pretty sure. We go back in a couple weeks to have another ultrasound. They couldn't see everything they wanted to, so lucky me, I get to see the baby again. But can I say how rude it is to make you drink so much water before hand! I was in so much pain walking into that appointment! haha

This pregnancy has been pretty easy, like with Ryker. In the first trimester there were two weeks where I just felt nauseous all the time and SO tired! It was rough. But after that as long as I had food in my stomach I was good. The second I got pregnant I stopped being able to sleep good - that's gotten a little better. Now I just can't sleep because I have to pee. Kev and I were able to feel the baby kicks WAY earlier than with Ryker. I want to say it was 17 or 18 weeks we were able to feel the kicks. That made it start seeming really real that we were actually having a baby. Last night Kev mentioned that we only have 4/5 months left before the baby. That was pretty scary haha It was also sad thinking I don't have much longer before Ryker is not the only child again. People ask me how Ryker is going to handle it. It is going to rock his world - not in a good way. We watched two of his little cousins (3 year old and 20 month old) awhile ago. Ryker was not ok sharing his toys and was especially not ok sharing us. But yeah, we are excited and nervous for this next adventure.

December

Our December in Pictures:

We got asked to be in charge of the Ward Christmas party. For some reason I only took a picture with the lights out. But the decorations looked pretty good. On the table we had Mason Jars that were painted white/glittery with Vinyl saying "Light the World" (this years Christmas theme). Then we had papers with ways they could light the world every day that month. We also had red and green M&Ms. Another ward had their Christmas party the night before and hung up a bunch of snowflakes. I was really happy they left them up. We heard the party went great! We ended up having a Christmas concert up at BYU-I that night. Kind of sad we missed the party, but the concert was AMAZING! We loved it. There were a a couple songs done with some of BYU-Choirs, they had dancers, the orchestra. They also had David Archuleta and another guest singer come. It was really good and I would love to go to it every year.

Our Christmas decorations. I love Christmas time!!

Kev's work had a Christmas party up at Fat Cats in Rexburg. It was a lot of fun. Ryker thought bowling was awesome. Althought we did try to run down the lane - he didn't make it very far since he landed on his back. We also played in the arcade which Ryker loved also. They had Santa come and give the children a gift (that we had picked out). Well Ryker was not a fan of this Santa either. But he got a shopping cart and I don't think you saw a happier kid there. He was running ALL over the place pushing it, laughing and having such a big smile. It was pretty dang cute.

We didn't have much room in our bathroom. When the door was open you couldn't open any of the drawers. Well Kev made this barn door. It looks awesome and it gives us so much space in the bathroom. It is so nice! Now if we can only teach Ryker to stop playing with it.

He is obsessed with light switches.

I had a gift card to Toys-R-Us, so I took Ryker. For some reason he kept going to the bikes. I don't even think he has seen anyone ride a bike, so I don't know how he knew what it was or why he wanted on so bad. He found his favorite white and pink car haha. The top right picture is of him dancing to the singing dogs. He had a lot of fun there.

We ended up celebrating Christmas with my family a week early.

Ryker enjoyed opening the presents, sometimes. He wasn't as into it as I thought/was hoping he would be.

We had our annual Widow's dinner.

Our Christmas Eve didn't go quite as expected. Ryker ended up getting Pink eye. So we didn't want to spend it with the Albaughs and make them all get it. It was pretty sad. We ended up building a fort and watching The Santa Clause.

Ryker was excited and into it - alot more than Christmas with my family. Which I was so happy about! It was so much fun! For some reason it felt like our first real Christmas together as a family too. It was a good Christmas!

I got Kev an inversion table. He enjoys it! :)

One of my favorite things that Kev got me was this sign. I just love it. I actually got teary eyed when he gave it to me.

We ended up being able to go to the Albaughs for Christmas day. They gave us this fun game. Where you see who's top stays up the longest. Ryker loves watching them go. If Kev starts yelling, Ryker starts yelling haha

I was in my bedroom and Ryker left me to go to the living room. I just heard him talking away, so after a couple of minutes I had to find out what he was doing. He is so cute and so funny :)

I'm not really sure when we took this, but I love it. Kev talks to Mozzie in a different voice and Ryker has learned how to talk to Mozzie from him. It's so funny. He gets all serious and puts his hands in front of him, I really can't explain it, but it's so cute.

November

Here are the pictures from November:

This kid has the craziest hair when he wakes up and water does not seem to help it go down.

We went to a lady's house to buy an electric fireplace. She had all sorts of animals. Ryker was in HEAVEN!

He loves Alfredo and Spaghetti Squash

He pushes his chair everywhere, to get everything! The chair is now usually standing on the table.

His crazy hair, led to a haircut - which ended up a little to short for my liking.

He has come to LOVE blankets! It's pretty cute!

We went to Maddy's basketball game and Ryker kept running up to my Dad and Grandma Kay and  sticking his head right next to theirs.

Ryker with his cute cousins, Chloe and Mayley.

Kev framed around our basement windows and they look SO much better!

We got a doggy door which is really nice when it comes to Mozzie. But Ryker kept trying to get out and he thinks its funny to throw things out of it :/

 He loves riding the 4-wheeler

The first snow

His first time playing in the snow. He LOVED it...unless it got on his face, or if he has fallen down and can't get back up haha

We got part of a bathroom vanity that Ryker loves playing in.

My mom had surgery and my Grandma came down to help out. I'm so glad she came down, I wouldn't have been able to help my mom out like she needed. It was so nice to spend time with my Grandma though. We ended up having Thanksgiving at our house - which was really weird. But good! An hour after we ate, we went to the Albaughs and ate Thanksgiving over there. Lots of food!

My Grandma taught Ryker this and he was doing at all the time, no matter where we were haha

Ryker thought this was so much fun!

We went to the Festival of Trees with Chelsie and her girls. It was kind of disappointing, honestly. But we got a picture with Santa. Ryker liked the sucker, but was not a fan of Santa.
