The Last Couple Weeks in Idaho

We were so grateful that my parents let us stay at their house while we were trying to figure out things in Washington. I was definitely sick of going up and down the stairs, not having all of my stuff, or my own place. But I was/am so grateful for my family's help.

I don't get to sit in the back seat with him very often.

He started sleeping absolutely terrible while we were there (which is  a bummer, since before we left Orem he was sleeping till 6). So I put up the crib hoping it would help him sleep better - it didn't :(

Almost every day after work my Dad would go on a walk with Ryker. He was always so helpful. The bottom picture on the right is kind of hard to see. But Ryker and my Dad are both asleep, I was a little worried Ryker might fall off haha

Kevin's nickname for Ryker is 'Chubs' - he fits it :)

Caitlin was there for about two weeks. She was super helpful with Ryker too. I'm going to miss all my help!

He was making the funniest faces and I didn't want to miss it, so just ignore the spit beard.

My mom found this cool hike we could do, which had a cold water geyser. So we drove to Ashton and looked all over for the road we were suppose to take. We eventually gave up and went to Cave Falls. It was a couple miles of dirt road to the falls which seemed like forever! Then when we got there the cave had actually fallen in, so not as cool as it used to be. But the falls were still pretty!

He did not like the freezing cold water, it might have scared him cause he just started crying.

We then went to Mesa Falls. It is so pretty, I love it there. On our way back home we started looking for the road that was suppose to take us to the hike my mom found. We eventually realized the directions were for a city called Afton not Ashton - who knows what state haha. Anyways it was a lot of driving but it was fun to spend time with my Mom and Caitlin.

We went to Maddy's Volleyball game. She did awesome! Ryker LOVED it! He wasn't sure why everyone was yelling but he was getting more and more excited and then started yelling. It was so funny! He is already into watching sports!

We went couch shopping - it's hard work.

 Notice all the drool haha

For some reason Ryker loved putting his face right in the sheets, it made me so nervous!

He fell asleep while I was feeding him - I love his face.

Ryker loved watching the dogs play. He also loves his daddy!

He is starting to laugh and we LOVE it!

We hung out with the Albaughs before we left and had to take a picture with all the kids. The bottom picture goes as, Ryker, Mayley, Connor, Lilly, and Chloe. So cute!

Everyone says he looks like the Cook side. I was looking through my scrapbook, I would have to somewhat agree. He definitely got my ears, poor kid.

I saw the picture below on Facebook I completely believe it. There are so many times where Ryker is just looking at the wall smiling so big and talking away. It makes sense to me too. I can't imagine God making us come down to this terrifying world, where we can't communicate with anyone, all by ourselves. I think for at least a little while there are angels there comforting my son. But guess I won't know for sure till I'm up in Heaven :)
