10 Months Old Ava

Well another month flew by! This girl is just so sweet and happy! She is still all over the place and into everything. She Loves (and is so quick getting there) getting the dog food and water. Loves Ryker's closet full of toys. She likes pushing his cars around. She loves playing with the night lights we have plugged in. She will bounce/ dance to music. When we are getting Ryker ready for bed, we will put her on the bed and she just gets so excited to play with his curtains (she has loved this since I can remember). When we tell her no, she will stop, look at us, smile, shack her head, then move even quicker to what ever she was doing. She distinctly says "Dada" when he comes home or walks into a room. She still loves sleeping on her stomach - which I hate. A couple of weeks ago I took the vents off to clean. She watched me do it and so for about a week she kept taking all the vents off too. She loves pees, will pick them out when I give her mixed vegetables. She still scrunches up her nose at us - which I love. She will bounce to music. She loves putting her legs up in the air. She is always taking her socks off. She loves looking outside from our patio sliding doors. She is also always playing with the doggy door. We just LOVE her to pieces!

Some things about Ryker: He sometimes calls me babe and It's pretty funny. Kev calls me babe most of the time. One night I was heading out the door and Ryker yells "Bye Babe!" Then one morning he climbed into bed with us and said "Hi Dad, Hi Babe." Kev and I haven't been able to say a prayer for like the last 2 months. Ryker always says the prayer! He does pretty good. He has started to pray that Dad will come home from work soon...which is cute and sad. The kids definitely miss him during this busy season. Sometime Kev helps Ryker say his evening prayers by saying something and having Ryker repeat it. A couple times Kev has said " We love you (as in Heavenly Father)" and Ryker says "we love me". We both love it. Ryker has started to say things like "You want some?" when eating his food. Or "You want to come?" When telling Kev he is going to go play at Carter's house. One time I mentioned how him riding on his fire truck looked fun and he said "You want to try?" He has also started to say 'Remember" a lot. Like "the meat is spicy, Remember?" or when working out he says "it's hard, remember?" He still changes his closes and socks at least 5 times a day. He is becoming just like Kev, always singing and making noises. He loves listening to music, especially "Let it go", songs from Moana and "Rollex". He has picked up a lot of words from the songs and it is so cute to hear him sing along to them. He has also started to learn primary songs, especially I am a child of God and When I am baptized - "the rainbow song". I usually start tearing up when he starts singing these songs with us before he goes to bed. It's just so sweet. Ryker Loves cereal. It has become his and Kev's thing to eat cereal every morning....and then 40 minutes later he eats breakfast with him. He seems to be a bottomless pit in the mornings.

It's definitely not easy with these two but I couldn't imagine life without them.
