One Week Old

Ryker has already been in our life for over a week! It is just crazy to me! Even though he is only a week old, its been so fun to watch him become more attentive and aware of things. He will just stare at us and look around trying to figure it all out.

Some things about him: He LOVES the car seat! He goes straight to sleep when we put him in it. I don't get it though, he looks so uncomfortable. He also LOVES the changing table. He immediately becomes so content when we put him on it, he will just look around. He also LOVES his hands. He especially likes to put them together. He hasn't quit figured out the whole sucking on his thumb thing. So he just tries to put whatever he can in his mouth - it hasn't really worked out for him yet.

I tried to do a mini photo shoot with him. Let's just say it didn't go how I was hoping. But I did get some cute ones of him,

 I love this one, I feel like he is thinking, "Mom, don't take a picture of me naked!"

 

It's been amazing to feel the love I have for this little boy just grow exponentially in such a short period of time!
