Whenever I talk to my little sister, Maddy, on the phone she always ask if I still like Ryker. Such a silly question. We are still madly in love with him, and we fall more in love with him every day.
He still loves his hands, still quite hasn't figured out how to suck on his thumb. He did suck on his pointer finger one time though. He loves doing an "O" with his mouth quite often. He has started to make more noises, as if he is slowly discovering his voice. He is a very noisy sleeper at times, we haven't quite figured out why. When he sleeps during the day he hardly makes a peep, but at night he grunts and tries to clear his throat - or something, all while still being asleep. He discovered his tongue. Sometimes he just seems to be trying to figure out what the heck he is suppose to do with that thing in his mouth. He loves to be held - ALL THE TIME. That is something we are going to have to figure out. We love holding him and just staring at him, but unfortunately we can't do that all the time :)
I didn't realize how big he had gotten until we put on this outfit. It is a similar outfit to what he was wearing when he came home from the hospital. He definitely fits it better now.
My friend Amanda stopped by this last week. It was so good to see her. I hadn't seen her since I went to her baby shower for Reese, who is now almost a year old. It was fun to catch up, and it was nice to talk to and see another human, besides my husband :)
